	Payment Policy: All rates in Euro. Low Season - EURO 2650. Mid Season - EURO 3500. High Season - EURO 3900. Peak Season - EURO 4950. Festival & Conferences - EURO 4500 - 5500.

MAID SERVICE :

EXTRA CHARGES - Additional cleaning and maid service is available on request and is charged at Euro 8 per hour. There is a final clean charge of Euro 100, and a laundry linen hire charge of Euro 40 per person per week. Our local property manager meet all clients upon arrival and carry out an check-out inspection upon departure, for which the charge is Euro 100.00. All extra charges are payable at the time the final balance is due. RENTAL TERMS - Rentals normally run Saturday to Saturday, although alternative days are often available on request - email for particulars. Arrival times to the property are between 16:00 - 19:00 hours. Two weeks booking only for Cannes Film Festival in May.
