Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars;I shall mail or fax you a lease-agreement which you will return with acheque for Security deposit of $500 for 1 week rental and for $1000 for over a week. You will pay the rent at least 1 month before occupancy. The deposit will be returned after your return after deduction of possible damage and telephone usage. The deposit will be returned if cancellation occurs up to 3 months before occupancy,and 50% if between 3 and 1month.

Rules: All condo rules are written in a black book that Roger will give you when you arrive. In this book you'll find all sorts of address, restaurants, museums etc... All maps and guides are on the shelves. Roger, my cousin, usually picks youup at the airport...
