POLICIES :

	Payment Policy: Up to 5 persons: 110 euros per night, 770 euros per week. Up to 9 persons: 130 euros per night, 900 euros per week. Price inludes final clean at the end of the vacation. Security deposit, 150 euros. Sheets are rented out at 8 euros a set to cover laundry costs. This is optional. Towels are not supplied but the washer/drier can be used at no extra cost. We have special offers for long term visitors. Please ask us for a quote. We also except US dollars.
	Cancellation Policy: 7. Cancellation: Cancellation up to 75 days prior to beginning of the lease: deposit will be refunded. Cancellation 74 to 42 days prior to beginning of the lease: 50 % of the deposit will be refunded. Cancellation 41 to 30 days prior to beginning of the lease: 50 % of the rent will be refunded. Cancellation 29 days prior to beginning of the lease: 10 % of the rent will be refunded. Notification of a cancellation must be written and sent to the owner. Cancellation commences on the day the owner receives the notification.

MAID SERVICE :

Self catering only. However, the final cleaning of the villa is included in the rental payment.
