Payment Policy: A 500 euro deposit confirms your reservation. We accept all major credit cards and Pay Pal. Payment in full due 60 days prior to arrival. Guests paying with Pay Pal will be required to provide a credit card number or a 500 euro cash damage deposit.

Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 60 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of 250.00 euro. For cancellations less than 60 days prior to arrival there are no refunds. Travel Insurance is advised.

Rules: This is a NON smoking apartment, although you are free to smoke on the verandas and terrace. Although as a general rule we do not allow pets, we are suckers for the strays wandering about Athens, and we encourage their rescue (we have done so twice and never regreted it!) So, ask us about pets, as we do have several penthouses available and may be able to accommodate you.
