POLICIES :

	Payment Policy: All rates quoted in USD's. At time of booking, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required, with the remaining 50% due 30 days prior to arrival.
	Cancellation Policy: The initial 50% deposit is unrefundable. If booking is cancelled after final payment is received, no refunds are available.
	Rules: A credit card number is required on booking and will be held for a 500 euro/USD equivalent for damage/loss deposit. Credit cards are accepted for rental payment.
	Check In Time: 5 PM Check Out Time: 12 Noon Time Zone: Eastern European

MAID SERVICE :

The villa is cleaned prior to each arrival, and on Wednesdays of each week. For multiple week rentals, it is also cleaned each Saturday as well as Wednesday. Additional maid service is available on request - please ask for quotes.
