	Payment Policy: All Rates are in euros. If you are a smaller party and only want to rent part of the villa (it is subdivided into 3 self-contained apartments each sleeping up to 4 people) pls contact us for rates.
	Cancellation Policy: 25% deposit of total rental is payable upon booking - no refund Cancellation up to 8 weeks prior to commencement of rental period you only forfeit the booking deposit. Cancellation less than 8 weeks prior to commencement of rental period total rental amount is forfeit.
	Rules: AS per owner's booking form
	Check Out Time: 10am Time Zone: Eastern European
