Payment Policy:
All rates are in UK Pounds.
A 20% deposit is required before your booking can be confirmed. You can pay using telegraphic transfer. The balance is due at least four weeks before arrival. The rates include airport transfers (for stays of more than 7 nights) and basic items at the villa, such as water, toilet paper, mosquito coils, etc.. Food and drink can be purchased by the staff in advance (and during your stay) - you only need to give the staff the cost of the items. You will be surprised how much money you save compared with staying in a hotel, plus you will receive personal service. We can arrange for you to be met at the airport by a driver and brought to the villa where staff will welcome you to the house and explain everything you might need to know. Domestic and gardening staff are available every day. The villa manager is available most days to help with shopping, and ideas for tours, cultural, leisure and sports activities.
