Payment Policy: All rates in Pounds Sterling.

Low Season: 275 - 350 pounds per week .

High Season: 375 - 470 pounds per week. Rates are quoted in GB pounds. A deposit of £50 is due within 10 business days from the day of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Personal chequs and money orders, are accepted forms of payment

 
Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of £50(the deposit). There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is advised
 
Rules: A small dog will be considered with additional cleaning fee.
