POLICIES :

	Payment Policy: All Rates In British Pounds. Bookings can be made by contacting the owners by email/phone and then can be secured and confirmed with a 30% non refundable deposit and the remaining 70% balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to the start of rental period. A security deposit of £300 is required by personal cheque before commencing the holiday or 400 euros taken locally on arrival to cover any serious damage/unforseen costs. This will be refunded shortly after your holiday taking into account any damage/unforeseen costs.
	Cancellation Policy: Should your booking be cancelled at short notice the following cancellation rates apply to the 70% balance. Up to 8 weeks before (no additional charge apart from 30% deposit) 4-8 weeks – 50% of the 70% balance refunded 2-4 weeks – 25% of the 70% balance refunded Less than 2 weeks – no refund
	Rules: The swimming pool is open generally from mid May until mid October, although this can vary according to the weather. The rates reflect this.
