A 10% discount for 3 week stay or more. For more than 6 guests an additional fee of 15% per person will apply. €100 final cleaning charge. Electric and heating bills will be paid based on consumption. A 20 (%) percent non-refundable deposit is required to hold booking. Balance of payment due upon arrival. €400.00 deposit upon arrival, refundable within two (2) week after end of stay. A set of sheets and towels are provided per guest at the beginning of the stay. Tenants staying more than one week will be given an extra set of sheets and towels each at the beginning of stay. Tenants are responsible for the laundering of their own sheets and towels.
