A reservation requires a 25% refundable deposit with the balance due one month before occupancy. Discounts: Return guests-10%; 14+ nights-5%; 21+ nights-10%; 28+ nights-15%
	Cancellation Policy: Deposit is fully refunded in case of cancellation except for 5% administrative fee. Days interrupted by hurricane are refunded.
	Rules: At end of stay guests pay for food, staff tip and telephone and Fax call charges. Recommended staff tip is $5.00/guest/day. Equipment at villa is for use of guests without charge, including beach towels, snorkeling masks, snorkels, fins, tennis rackets, books, videotapes, DVDs and water sport equipment, internet service.

MAID SERVICE :

The staff of cook/manager and housekeeper are included in the price. They come daily form 8:30a.m. to 4:30p.m. and do all the chores.
