This villa can only rented on a weekly basis. £100 deposit per week is required to secure the booking. Balance payable 6 weeks before arrival date There is no set changeover day. Book wherever there is availability.
Termination, up to 49 days before rental period: 20 % of rental price, up to
35 days before rental period: 40 % of rental price - up to 21 days before rental period: 60 % of rental price - up to 14 days before rental period: 90 % of rental price - Less than 14 days before rental period: 100 % of rental price. Percentage is based on total rental price booked. It is recommended that you e-mail your flight arrival times in advance - to arrange key collection etc.
