High Season- Thanksgiving to Easter- 3 Bedroom $640 4 Bedroom $795 5 Bedroom $890 per night Value Season- Easter to Thanksgiving -3 Bedroom $540 4 Bedroom $680 5 Bedroom $795 per Night. 50% of the total rental fee must be paid 5 days after thereservation has been made.Balance paid within 60 days of arrival.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a US$100 cancellation fee if the deposit has been received and the rental receipt sent. The deposit is refundable if the cancellation is made 120 days prior to the arrival date. Cancellations made less than 120 days prior to the arrival date are refunded only if the Puerto Vallarta vacation villa is subsequently rented for the cancelled dates.
