Payment Policy: Current Special July, August and September

Rates are in US Dollars and subject to change without notice. A 50% refundable deposit (see terms below) is required to hold your reservation, with the balance due 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival, at which time the booking becomes firm and non-cancellable, unless the villa is re-rented for the same dates at the same rate. Payments are sent via pre-paid wire transfer to our bank in New York City or to our bank in Canada.

Cancellation Policy: Your deposit for non-holiday bookings is refundable (less a $100 administrative fee) if cancelled up to 120 days prior to your scheduled arrival. If you cancel between 120 days and 60 days prior to arrival, there is a charge of 20% of the entire rental fee. Holiday bookings require a 50% deposit and the final payment is due 120 days prior to your arrival, at which time the booking becomes firm and non-cancelable, with no refund, unless the villa is re-rented at the same rate for the same dates.
