Payment Policy: All rates are quoted in US dollars.

Monthly rate range Min $2500 to Max $4000 - Rates applicable to only.
Long Term Rates will depend on length of stay and the season.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit .
 
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments are refunded if re-rented.

 
Rules: Dogs and cats are allowed but must be specifically approved by the owner. There is no specific quiet time rule ... guests must respect neighbours.
