Payment Policy:
All rates in US dollars.
Jun 01-Oct 01 .. $100/night 30 days or more, 15% discount.
Oct 01-Nov 01 .. $125/night 30 days or more, 15% discount.
May 01-Jun 01 .. $125/night 30 days or more, 15% discount.
Nov 01-May 01 .. $150/night 30 days or more, 15% discount.
Nov 23-Nov 30 and Dec 18-Jan 02 $225/night. No discounts applicable.
Bookings made less than 30 days before arrival date must be paid in full.
Bookings made in advance of 30 days require a 50% deposit, with balance paid in
full 30 days prior to arrival.
Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation Policy:
Deposit is not refundable unless we are able to fill the reserved time period.

No pets of any kind allowed (Association bylaws). Other rules such as regarding noise, etc, will be outlined in letter sent to renter and are expected to be honored.
