	Payment Policy: USD, We accept personal checks, money orders, cashiers check and wire transfers. 50% due at time of booking, remaining due 30 days prior to arrival date. If booking less than 30 days advance, full payment due at time of booking. To keep reservation, deposit must be received within 5 days.
	Cancellation Policy: 100% Refund for cancellation prior to 30-days in advance, less 10% handling fee.
	Rules: No pets allowed. Condo is non-smoking. Maid service, linen service and laundry service available for extra charge. Must be scheduled 48 hours in advance.
	Check In Time: 3pm Check Out Time: Noon Time Zone: Central
