Payment Policy: All rates are in U.S. dollars and there are also 12% local fees and a refundable $300 security deposit. For any last minute specials offered, rentals are for 7 nights or longer. Maid service is included and is daily except for Sundays and major Mexican holidays. Also included are all linens including beach towels, and large bottles of purified water are provided. For payments that arrive more than 45 days in advance we can accept U.S. checks. 21-45 days in advance we can accept U.S. money orders. Payments less than 21 days in advance must be by wire transfer. Payments from Canada should be in the form or a cashiers check or bank draft in U.S. dollars from a Canadian Bank. Payments from countries other than the U.S. or Canada are best by bank wire transfer.

Cancellation Policy: Once a reservation has been confirmed and a rental payment made, if there is a need to cancel any reserved night for any reason, rental payments may not be applied to future dates and are only refundable if we can rebook the property for the exact same dates at the same rental rate. The cancellation policy applies to requests for date changes that cancel any nights reserved. All cancellations are assessed a $150-$300 processing fee if dates are rebooked. The security deposit is fully refundable in case of cancellation. We strongly urge guests to purchase travel/accommodation insurance and to be sure it meets your needs. Rules: We can accept reservations from families or groups of adults that are all 25 years are older. Any guests under 25 years of age must be accompanied by parents or guardians. Check in time is 12:30pm Check out time is 10:00am For groups with a late departure, the management company can store luggage for guests.
