Magnificent Mexican Villa for Rent in Playacar

Payment Policy: 50% of total stay is required to complete the booking. Balance due 60 days in advance. Security Deposit due at time of final payment.

Cancellation Policy: No refunds for cancellations made within 45 days of arrival, No Refunds for Late Arrival, Early Departure or for Any Emergencies

Rules: A refundable security/damage deposit of $500 is required. A detailed inventory check will be conducted following check-out. Guests will be responsible for ANY damages or lost/missing items on the premises. Security Deposit collected at time of reservation will be used to replace / repair such items. If villa is returned in condition delivered, the security deposit will be returned within 7 days following departure. Owners are not responsible for any guest belongings left on the premises, nor will be held liable for any accident or injury occurring on the premises.
