Payment Policy: All Rates are in US Dollars and subject to change.

12% tax is not included.

A deposit of 40% is requested to hold reservations.

The balance is due one week prior to arrival.

Security deposit of $200.00 USD is requested one week prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation 30 days prior to arrival will qualify for a refund of your deposit, minus a $50.00 USD charge.

Cancellations must be submitted 30 days before the arrival date. Otherwise, a 25% fee of the total amount of stay will be applied.

Changes in reservation dates less than 30 days of arrival have a $ 50.00 USD charge.

In the event of early departure a 25% cancellation fee of remaining period reserved will be applied.
