There is a 25.00 Wiring fee per wire payment

50% deposit and $350 security deposit are required due to confirm reservation. Balance due 45 days prior to arrival.

12% tax not included.
Weekly rates are based on 8 people occupancy, $150/week for each additional person.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation90 - 60 days before arrival are 50% refundable and less then 60 days, are not refundable. All the money can be refundable in case somebody else is interested in renting in your place. Holiday period christmas and new year are not refundable regardless other cancellation notice.
