Payment Policy: Reservations/payments: The lease confirms your 20% deposit of the rental amounts. Please sign and return one copy within one week of receipt of this lease. The balance of the rent is due 21 days prior to check-in .Absolutely no personal checks accepted. Make bank check in U.S.dollars payable to Mina Mazza and Anna Afenticoglou. Security deposits : Security deposits of $250.00 will be required on all rentals unless otherwise noted and the Security Deposit is to be paid to our agent at check-in, in cash .Tenant is responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning needed .If charges are necessary an itemized list will be sent with the balance of the security deposit or a request for payment if deposit is insufficient within 30 days of departure. Otherwise the full amount will be returned to you.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations: Any cancellation prior to 60 days ( 90 days for holidays ) of arrival will receive a full refund of the rental amount. Any cancellation between 60 and 30 days prior to arrival date will forfeit 50% of the entire rental amount. Cancellation made 30 days prior to arrival will result in the forfeiture of the entire amount, unless re-leased.

Rules: Tenant Obligations : A) Tenant is responsible for damages as outlined under Security Deposits. B )Tenant agrees to indemnify and save Agency and its employees and Owners, free and harmless from any liabilities for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from ,related to ,or in connection with rental of the Premises, including but not limited to any claim or liability for personal injury or damage or loss of property which is made ,incurred or sustained by Tenant or Tenant’s guests. Tenant or Tenant’s guests, renounce to any claim, in any jurisdiction whatsoever, against Agency and its employees and Owners, resulting from damages incurred in relation to rented premises including any corporal injuries, material loss and moral loss. Tenants please acknowledge that owners have no insurance coverage whatsoever on tenants, family and guests. Check-in / Check-out : Check – out is promptly at 12:00 noon. Sorry there can be no exceptions. Return all keys to the agent or a $10.00 fee may be charged. Check – in begins no earlier than 3:00 PM. We make every effort to insure that the home is clean and ready for occupancy. Please notify us in advance, so that arrangements may be made for late arrivals. As Owner : I reserve the right to refund advanced payment, refuse admittance, and/or discontinue occupancy if, in our opinion, same is detrimental to the Premises.
