	Payment Policy: All rates are in US funds. Rates are based on 2 guests per bedroom including children over age 1 Fall Special – 10% discount for weekly rates up to December 15th, 2006. Till Dec 15, check-in may be any day of the week with 7 night minimum Dec 15 to May 1, reservations are Saturday to Saturday Additional nights may be available in winter - please enquire $200 cash security deposit required The reservation deposit is 50% due at time of booking. The balance is due 91 days prior to arrival. Payment is by wire, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. HOLIDAY RESERVATIONS – December 15 – January 6 Holiday reservations are payable in full at time of booking. ‘Holiday’ includes Christmas and New Years dates.
	Cancellation Policy: CANCELLATION – HIGH SEASON – January 7 – April 30 Cancellations made up to 91 days prior to arrival receive a full refund less 10% of the total rent cancellation fee. Cancellations made 90 days or less prior to arrival are non-refundable. CANCELLATION – LOW SEASON – May 1 – December 14 Cancellations made up to 61 days prior to arrival receive a full refund less 10% of the total rent cancellation fee. Cancellations made 60 days or less prior to arrival are non-refundable. CANCELLATION - HOLIDAY – December 15 – January 6 Holiday reservations are non-cancelable and non-refundable regardless of when or why cancelled
	Rules: SMOKING – Please, no smoking inside your villa. PETS – Sorry, none of our properties allow pets.
	Check In Time: 3 PM Check Out Time: 11 AM Time Zone: Central
