POLICIES :

	Payment Policy: All Rates In US Dollars. Mexican Pesos accepted at existing conversion rate. Full payment due 60 days prior to arrival.
	Cancellation Policy: BOOKING DEPOSIT:- 50% OF THE RENTAL, PLUS $300 SECURITY DEPOSIT. This $300 Security Deposit is refundable, less $50 cleaning fee per floor and subject to deductions for losses or damage. RENTAL PAYMENT: The full amount of the RENTAL( plus the Security Deposit), is to be paid 60 days before arrival. It is 100% refundable (less cancellation fee) if rental is canceled 90 days or more before arrival. 50% refundable if cancellations are within 60 days of arrival. NO refunds within 30 days of arrival, OR, for weather and travel delays. Travel insurance is recommended
	Rules: THIS IS A NON SMOKING HOUSE. Our guests and visitors, agree not to smoke within the house or suites.. Violation will incur a $50 charge and possibly additional cost to remove smoke odors, that it will be charged to the Security deposit. All tenants, guests and visitors will maintain the premises in good order and appearance and conduct themselves in a manner inoffensive to the neighbors. Our guests and visitors, agree that any drug use on the property, eviction by authorities for disturbance, annoyance, endangerment, or inconvenience of the neighbors; or use of the premises for any immoral or unlawful purposes, or violate any law or ordnance or commit waste or nuisance on or about the premises will immediately terminate Our occupancy and this rental agreement , WITH NO REFUNDS. We insist that you enjoy your vacation.

MAID SERVICE :

The Villa is self catered. Maid service is weekly but available daily. Washer and drier.
