Payment Policy: Rates are quoted in US Dollars. We accept money orders and checks. Two night deposit required with remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 60 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $ 25. For cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival and more than 30 days prior to arrival there is a fee of one nights rent. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival unless the unit is re-rented. Travel insurance is advised.

Rules: Absolutely No Pets Allowed. Smoking is not permitted in the condo. Smoking is permitted on the porch. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly. The locked porch closet contains our personal items. Please be respectful. On departure all furniture should be in the same place as it was on arrival. Please close all blinds and curtains. Lock all windows and doors and return all keys to front office. Any key that is not returned is subject to a $50 fee.
