	Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars. Upon confirmation of your reservation a deposit of $ 500 - $1000 (depending on the length of stay) is required to hold your reservation.
	Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your resevation once your deposit has been received, there will be a cancellation fee of $250.00. If you cancel within 60 days of your reservation date, then your entire deposit will be non-refundable.
