Payment Policy: All rates are in Euros.If you want to make a booking we need a deposit of 50%, the rest of the rental has to be be paid 6 weeks before arrival. With 2 persons €160 a night (3 night minimum) or € 960 week (7 nights) for the apartment including use of towels and linens and use of all amenities. With 3 persons €180, with 4 persons € 200 Excl. Touristtax (€ 1,04 p.p.p.n.).

Cancellation Policy: a. For a cancellation more than 4 weeks prior to the commencement of the stay, 30% of the rental amount is due, with a minimum amount of € 150 b. For cancellations within 4 weeks prior to commencement of the stay, the full rental amount is due. c. The full rental amount is due in the event of early departure.
