POLICIES :

	Payment Policy: To make reservations, we require 50% up front and the remainder 90 days before travel. Payments made in the US by check or bank deposit avoid 10% Panama Hotel Tax. For this reason, most of our guests pay in the States.
	Cancellation Policy: Because we are a small exclusive property without excess capacity (we only have 5 units), if we turn away inquiring guests because we are booked, the unit is likely to go empty. For this reason, all payments are non-refundable (unless cancellation is made far in advance and we re-rent the unit), but we do offer a 1 year credit on all payments so you can reschedule within 1 year (subject to availability).
	Rules: No smoking is strictly inforced within the building. Our guests can smoke outside. We love pets but do to past abuse by some guests, have decided to exclude pets unless the owner agrees to pay extra cleaning and rental fees. If you must bring fido, it's going to cost you! A Visa or Mastercard is required upon check in to cover incidentals, lost or damaged items. We do not charge a guests CC without contacting them first, but we have NEVER had to make a charge such as this since we opened 2 years ago.

MAID SERVICE :

We provide 30 minutes of maid service daily (except Sunday) with towel and linen replacement once in the middle of the weekly visit. More frequent towel exchange is available from the onsite office. If you would like more frequent or daily maid service, it is available for as little as $25 per day.
