POLICIES :

	Payment Policy: An initial deposit of 25% is required to secure the booking. The balance is due no later than 8 weeks prior to the rental start date. Reception will require a credit card swipe (250 euros) on arrival as a security bond.
	Cancellation Policy: The deposit will be refunded in full up to 8 weeks prior to the rental start date. If the booking is cancelled within Within 8 weeks of the rental start date, a refund will only be paid if we are able to secure a new letting for the same period.
	Rules: No Pets allowed. Smoking allowed, but outside the apartment only (there are 3 balcony's to choose from)
	Check In Time: 16.00 hrs Check Out Time: 10.00 hrs Time Zone: Greenwich Mean Time
