Payment Policy: All rates are in British Pounds.

£400 per week except June, July and August when it will be £500. £100 deposit to be paid to secure dates and this will be kept as security and returned after your holiday.
Amount to be paid in full at least 2 wks before your holiday. Sorry only Cash, Cheque or Postal orders accepted.
 
Cancellation Policy: If the rental is cancelled the deposit will not be returned
 
Rules: PLease note No pets allowed and smoking is not permitted inside the house
