Cancellation Policy:
If/When a notice is received more than 60 days before the rental date, all attempts to rerent the property will be made.
If the property does not get rerented, any deposits or prepaid rental fees will be forfeited.
If the property does get rerented, a $100 service fee will be deducted and the balance of money refunded.
If less than a 60 days notice is given, 100% of all money collected will be retained.
