Payment Policy:
All rates are in US Dollars.Maximum occupancy is 6 people and minimum stay is 7 nights. Smoking is limited to outside the villa. Reservations will be held for 3 days pending receipt of a deposit of 50% of the total price. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. We gladly accept personal checks, money orders and wire transfers. Deposit is refundable, less 20% service charge, for cancellations received no later than 60 days prior to stay and 50% refundable, less 20% service charge, with 30 to 59 days notice or in full if re-booked minus 20% service charge.
