	Payment Policy: All Rates in UK Ponds. From £250 to £475 per week. Please note we are fully booked May-August 2008 inclusive.
	Cancellation Policy: Any deposit paid initially, will be refunded in full, if a cancellation is made up to 3 months before arrival.
	Rules: If the house was left in an unacceptably messy condition, we reserve the right to charge more for the extra cleaning.
