Payment Policy:

Rates are provided in South African Rand. Please check the latest exchange rate with your own currency.

A 50% deposit is payable to confirm a reservation. The balance is due one month ahead of arrival (or on booking if less than one month before occupation). A breakage deposit of R500 to R1500 is payable on arrival. Payment on self-catering bookings of more than three days should be paid by inter-bank transfer. Other bookings may be settled by credit card, if preferred.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations less than one month ahead of the arrival date are liable for 100% of the booking value. Cancellations one to two months ahead of the arrival date forfeit 100% of the deposit amount. Cancellations made within one month of arrival may be reimbursed in part for those days taken up by new bookings (at the discretion of the management), but otherwise forfeit the whole amount. Shortened stays are payable in full.

Rules:

Apartments are strictly smoke-free zones. Smokers are welcome to smoke outside. A deodorising penalty will be charged if guests insist on smoking inside to ensure duvets, linen and curtains are freshened up for the next guests.

Any damage or breakages must be advised and are payable in full by the guests, if a breakage deposit was charged or not. Small children should be supervised in the pool area. Any visits by non-guests to the property must be arranged with management first. Each apartment is allocated parking for one vehicle.
