POLICIES :

	Payment Policy: All rates in British Pound. We ask for a deposit of £100 per week payable at the time of booking with the balance being due four weeks prior to departure. Please note that deposits are non refundable. We accept payment by cheque only.

MAID SERVICE :

The apartments are cleaned prior to your arrival and again when you leave. If you wish for interim cleans this can be arranged at a local charge. Towels and bedding are provided (not beach towels) for the apartments and are changed weekly. If you wish for a more frequent chang this can be arranged at a local charge. There is a management office on site to deal with any queries/maintenance issues shoud they arise.
