1-2 people - from: € 150
3-4 people - from: € 170
5-6 people - from: € 195
we have a 50€ one time cleaning fee,
Additional cost for late arrivals:
after 18:00 - 20 €
after 22:00 - 35 €
after 01:00 - 50 €

Cancellation Policy: 1. If a client cancels his reservation at any time, a 20% cancellation fee of the total amount will be applied. This amount is NON refundable.
2. If a client cancels between 60-29 days, the cancellation charge will be 30% of the total amount.
3. If a client cancels between 28-14 days, the cancellation charge will be 50%.
4.If the client cancels between 14-0 days the cancellation charge will be 100%

Rules: 1. Parties are not allowed.
2. Silent hours: Monday - Friday 10 pm to 9 am,
Saturday - Sunday 12 midnight to 10 am
3. Respect the noise level when in the staircase.
4. Please don’t leave the key in the lock, always lock the apartment door securely behind you, and remember to always close the building door.
