Rules: - Please note than check-I time is 3 PM and checkout is at 11 AM, unless arranged otherwise. - We are not a hotel, so towels and linens aren´t changed everyday. - Any damages caused to the property during your stay will be your responsibility and they will be deduced from the security deposit or paid in cash. - Make sure not to hit or stain the walls with the suitcases, they are part of the agreement about damages. - The owner is not responsible for any injury of the guest or his/her property´s loss or damage.
