Payment Policy: All rates are in Euros.

20% total fare is due when booking, payable by means of bank transfer. The rest is due when arrival, in cash or before by means of bank transfer.
 
Cancellation Policy: Cancelation less than one month before implis the lost of the deposit. It may be usable for another period when the house will not be booked. more than one month before arrival, is returd with charges repercuted.
 
Rules: The house hould be left clean when leaving. We live next to it and our help is 24 h / day available.
