Payment Policy: All rates are in US funds.

20% deposit on confirmation of dates, balance to be paid 8 weeks before departure.

 
Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation (after the definite booking has been made) will result in the loss of the deposit, and if made after the final payment has been made then the whole cost of the villa rental shall be forfeit. (Please note that holiday insurance provides cover against loss of deposit and the total holiday cost)
 
Rules: Replace any breakages, and respect the surrounding neighbourhood
