POLICIES :

	Payment Policy: All rates are in £ (GBP) and payment can be made in either UK Pounds, Euros or US Dollars. A deposit of 25% is payable at time of booking. A returnable deposit of £100 to cover losses or breakages is required with the final payment. The air conditioning unit is available for an additional charge of £20 per week to provide heating or cooling. Two floor standing heaters can also be included should they be needed for the bedrooms. The basement parking space is included in the rental.
	Cancellation Policy: Charges in the event of cancellation: More than 8 weeks prior to arrival - no charge 4-8 weeks prior to arrival - 50% of total rental rate 2-4 weeks prior to arrival - 75% of total rental rate Less than 2 weeks prior to arrival - 100% of total rental rate.
