	Cancellation Policy: Period before departure Cancellation charge 56 days or more Deposit 55-30 days 40% 29-20 days 50% 19-10 days 75% Less than 10 days 100% Please contact Liz and she will send you a booking form which once returned with terms and conditions signed, 30% deposit paid and confirmation received, the villa dates are confirmed and booked. Balance payment to be paid with £100 breakage/cleaning deposit at least 8 weeks before departure. Breakage/Cleaning deposit will be returned once keys returned to owner and villa checked

MAID SERVICE :

The villas are cleaned at the beginning of your stay. Shouldyou wish to have a mid say clean this can be arranged by our English Management team, at a price of £50 per villa.
