Payment Policy: Rates in US dollars. 3 night deposit due at booking. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

 
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will incur a $50 processing fee. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, made 30 days or less prior to arrival date, fortfeit the full payment. Ask for contract for more details.
 
Rules: No pets or smoking in the condo. Smoking is permitted on the patio.
