	Payment Policy: $500.00 rent deposit and a $300.00 refundable damage deposit at booking. Balance paid 30 days before check in. There is a $100.00 cleanup fee. Rent is $2000.00 month plus utilities. Utilities are different each month and will be estimated at arival.
	Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days before arrival.
	Rules: No pets allowed and No smoking inside of the cottage. Rule breakers are subject to loosing their damage deposits.
	Check In Time: 3:00 PM Check Out Time: 11:00 AM Time Zone: Central

MAID SERVICE :

$100.00 cleanup fee on checkout. Weekly maid service can be arranged.
