POLICIES :

	Payment Policy: Rates are in US Dollars. I take a $500 fully refundable deposit (just make sure if you need to cancel that I receive a 30 day notice). Once deposit arrives, a confirmation will be mailed including directions to house, key procedures, balance due, etc... Balance due one week before arrival.
	Cancellation Policy: Full refund if cancellation received 30+ days out. Full refund for unused portion of vacation in the event a mandatory weather evacuation is issued.
	Rules: House trained pets OK. We can't imagine ever going on vacation without our Standard Poodle, Jack. Please, no smoking!
	Check In Time: 3 p.m. Check Out Time: 10 a.m. Time Zone: Central

MAID SERVICE :

Maid service is $205 and includes all towels, linens, and soaps. All maid service prices are set at $25/bedroom, $10/bathroom, and $50 for the common areas. There is zero mark-up. Maids begin cleaning at 10 a.m. and complete cleaning at 3pm. Guest check in time is 3pm, and check out time is 10am.
