Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars.

Payments accepted: PayPal, major credit card or check (checks only accepted if received 15 days in advance). Additional fees: 11% tax, $85 cleaning fee, $12 parking fee, $45 processing fee, $35 accidental damage waiver.

Cancellation Policy: The security deposit and Accidental Damage Wavier fee will be returned less the processing fee for all cancellations 30 days or more before scheduled arrival date. The security deposit and processing fee will be forfeited for cancellations 29 days or less prior to scheduled arrival date.

Rules: Please be respectful of our neighbors. No loud parties. No music outside after ten o’clock at night. You will lose the entire damage deposit if police are called and come to property for any disturbance.

Upon departure:All furniture should be in the same place as it was on arrival. The kitchen should be clean and dishes washed. Air-conditioning should be set to 78 degrees. All trash should be bagged and disposed of in adjacent trash chute. Check under beds and furniture for all personal belongings. Please close all blinds and curtains. Lock all windows and doors. Keys should be returned (check with owner regarding key policy).
