	Payment Policy: Rates are quoted in US Dollars. A $300 deposit is required within 10 days of booking to reserve dates. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Personal checks, money orders, travelers checks are accepted form of payment. note: the $300 deposit is considered a Damage Deposit and is refunded within 7 days of departure
	Cancellation Policy: There's a 30 day cancellation policy....anything less than a 30 day cancellation will forfeit the Deposit unless the unit is rented
	Rules: THIS IS ABSOLUTELY A NON SMOKING UNIT. WILL NOT RENT TO ANYONE LESS THAN 25 YEARS OF AGE. 8 GUEST MAXIMUM
