Cancellation Policy:

Deposit refunded less $25 cancellation fee if cancelled within policy.

21 days for weekly rentals.

30 days for multi week rentals.

90 days for monthly rentals.

Rules:

Rates are subject to change without notice.

Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday only during spring and summer prime.

Discounts apply only to conforming rentals. ie Weekly or must start or end on Saturday.
