	Payment Policy: All Rates in USD $1000.00 deposit required. An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required 180 days before arrival. The BALANCE OF RENT (50%) is due ninety (90) days before your arrival date. The advance payment and the balance will be applied toward the room rent. Please make payments in the form of personal checks, traveler's checks, bank money orders, or cashiers checks payable to Reeda Palmer, 619 Estrella Place, Davis, CA 95616. The advance payment is not a damage deposit.
	Cancellation Policy: NCELLATIONS – You will incur no penalty except for a $75 administrative fee if Owner is able to rebook the house for your reserved dates. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit unless Owner is able to rebook the home for the week reserved.
