	Payment Policy: Fifty percent deposit at time of booking with balance due on 1st day of the month of arrival. All rates are in USD per night/room. 10% Discount on base nightly rate for complete Lodge rental (3-bedroom/bathroom)five night minimum.
	Cancellation Policy: Full credit on deposit for a future reservation. Deposit returned with minimum 30 day cacellation IF dates are filled.
	Rules: Quiet between 11:00 PM and 05:00 AM as most clients have very early 'get-ups' for fishing charters.
	Check In Time: 15:00 PM Check Out Time: 10:00 AM Time Zone: Alaska

Complete daily maid service and housekeeping available, fresh clean towel/washcloth every day.
