Payment Policy:
All payments must be made in US Dollars.
50% Due within seven Days of Accepted Reservation
Extra Guest : 7 or more people $50.00 night.
Security Deposit 60 days prior to occupancy

Cancellation Policy:
Reunds less $50.00 administrative fee only if unit is re-rented and confirmed. No refunds for inclement weather

No Smoking, No Pets. RV or camper parking not allowed for the purpose of extra sleeping space.
